Introducing Connected LeadershipTM | Aligning Culture, Strategy, and Execution
Over the course of my 40-year leadership journey – including 20 years in the corporate C-suite and my recent work advising top executives – I’ve come to a powerful realization: leadership is not just about strategy, execution, or even culture. It’s about the connection between them.
