One year ago this week I launched Robert Hastings & Associates, LLC, a strategy, marketing, and communications consultancy, following my “retirement” from both Bell Flight and the Texas Military Department. Reflecting upon the exhilaration of this first year of founding and building a business, I am filled with a profound sense of gratitude. It has been a year of challenges, growth, remarkable milestones, and surprising success, and I find myself humbled by the unwavering support of those who enabled this journey.

To all those I call partners, including my teammates, clients, and coaches, thank you for believing in the vision and contributing to the success of our shared endeavors. Your faith has been the cornerstone of our successes, and as I pen these reflections, I am reminded that every achievement is a testament to trust, friendship, and shared values.

Your unwavering support has been instrumental in shaping both my professional journey and a thriving, rewarding enterprise.
